Salon100X Software for medical spas
Medical spa software for consultations, consent and careful records.
A medical spa is judged on how carefully it runs, not only on what it offers. Every treatment starts with a consultation, every consultation ends with consent, and every record has to show who did what and when. Salon100X was built for appointment businesses with paperwork: forms with signature and photo fields, an activity log kept for twelve months, and treatments linked to the consultation they came from.
Ready at first login
Pick Medical Spa and the clinic arrives set up.
Choose Medical Spa when you create your first location and the treatment categories, services, staff roles, retail products, opening hours and settings arrive filled in for a medical spa. Rename the categories to match your menu, set consultation and treatment durations separately, and set which practitioners perform which treatments.
Each location keeps its own manager login, opening hours, settings and Stripe account, and the owner can log in as any of them.
- Treatment categories and services for a medical spa, ready to edit
- Staff roles with commission rates attached
- Retail products with cost, retail price and stock level
- Opening hours, appointment and financial settings per location

Online booking
The consultation is booked online. The treatment follows it.
Put the consultation on the booking page and keep the treatments behind it. A new client books a consultation in six steps with no login, with a named practitioner or any available, in 30-minute steps up to 90 days ahead. The confirmation goes to the client, the practitioner and the owner.
When the treatment plan is agreed in the room, the desk books the treatment appointments as follow-ups linked to the consultation, each with its own practitioner and time, so the thread from first visit to aftercare check reads in order on the record.
The Booking Assistant lets a client type, dictate or talk to book, reschedule or cancel a consultation with the reference and phone number, inside your notice window, and reads every change back before it acts.
Talk to the assistant in your browser, in English. It does not answer your phone.

Forms and consent
Medical history by link, consent on the tablet, aftercare by email.
Build the medical history questionnaire with text and choice fields and send it as a signed link before the consultation. Build the consent form for each treatment category with the consent statements you use, a photo field for the clinical record and a signature, and complete it on a tablet in the room before the treatment starts. Every submission downloads as a PDF.
After a completed appointment an automation sends your aftercare instructions by email, so the client has them in writing the same day.

Records
Who changed what, and when, kept for twelve months.
Every change to a client, an appointment, a form or a payment is written to the activity log with who made it and when, and kept for twelve months. Custom roles decide what each member of staff can see and do, so a receptionist and a practitioner do not share the same screen.
The Front Desk Copilot works inside those permissions. Every create, update or delete shows what it is about to do and waits for a Yes, deletions need a single-use code, and every action it takes lands in the same log. Your clinic's data sits in its own database, separate from every other business on the platform.

Advertising rules
The software gives you the pieces. The wording stays within the rules.
A medical spa's public pages and messages are advertising, and UK rules apply to them: no prescription-only medicines promoted, no outcome claims without evidence. Salon100X does not ask you to break either. The booking page lists consultations and treatment categories, review requests send happy clients to Google, Trustpilot or Facebook without scripting what they write, and email campaigns go to the segments you choose with wording you control.
If you want the campaigns written to the CAP Code by people who do it every day, that is the Growth half of Salon100X.
Email and SMS campaigns (SMS needs your own Twilio account).
