A salon diary has one job: show who is doing what, for whom, right now, and make the next change quick. The Salon100X calendar puts each stylist on their own row with a live time line moving across the day. Behind every appointment sits the client's record, with their visits, spend and loyalty on one screen, so the front desk never has to go looking.
Calendar
A day view with your team as rows and a line that moves.
The day view puts each stylist on their own row, with a live time line showing where the day has got to. Switch to the month view for the longer picture. Search for a client or a stylist and the calendar highlights them.
The calendar was redesigned in August and September 2026, so the screen you see at the demo is the one your team will use.

Booking from the desk
Multi-service appointments, each service on its own stylist and time.
Your front desk books a cut with one stylist and a colour with another in the same appointment, each with its own start time. Follow-up appointments link back to the one they came from, so a patch test and the colour it precedes stay together.
Block time for one person or the whole location: Do not Book, Break, Front of House or a custom block with your own name on it.

Check-in and no-shows
Check-in, late arrivals and no-shows, handled at the desk.
Check a client in with a tap and a note if you need one. Late arrivals are tracked against a grace period you set, 15 minutes by default, and a mistaken check-in is undone with one more tap. A check-in kiosk page shows today's list on its own screen.
Appointments that are never checked in are marked as no-shows automatically once the grace period passes, and your no-show rate shows up in the reports without anyone keeping a tally.

Client records
Every client's history on one screen.
Open a client and you see their upcoming, past and cancelled appointments, lifetime revenue, number of visits and average spend, and their top five services. Loyalty points, membership, gift cards, packages and recent orders sit on the same record, along with a timeline of the marketing journeys they have been through.
Search by name, email, phone or client code, from the diary or the client list.

Digital forms
Consent signed before they arrive, or on a tablet at the desk.
Build a form from text, choice, photo, signature and consent fields. Send it as a signed pre-visit link so the client completes it at home, or hand over a tablet in tablet mode when they arrive. Every submission downloads as a PDF for your records.
Patch test records, skin consultations and treatment consent all fit the same builder, which matters for spas, medical spas and dermatology clinics as much as for salons.

Client portal
A portal where clients help themselves.
Clients log in on your subdomain to see their appointment counts, gift card balances, loyalty points earned and redeemed, and their referral code with a share link. They can view appointments, cancel within your notice window and pay through Stripe.
They can also browse and buy packages, buy and manage gift cards, upgrade or cancel a membership, see billing history, download invoices and view their orders. Rescheduling is done through the Booking Assistant with the reference and phone number.
