Every step a client has to think about is a step where they give up and ring the salon instead. The Salon100X booking page asks for six things in a fixed order: location, service, an optional package, stylist, date and time, confirm. It only ever offers times inside a stylist's working hours, and it emails everyone who needs to know the moment the booking lands.
The booking page
Location, service, package, stylist, time, confirm.
That is the whole flow. No account to create first, no password to remember. A client who books with a new email address gets a client account created for them and a welcome email with their login, so the second booking is quicker than the first.
Each online booking is for one service. If a client wants a cut and a colour in one visit, your front desk builds the multi-service appointment in the diary, with each service on its own stylist and time.
- Six steps, no login needed
- One service per online booking; staff build multi-service visits in the diary
- A new email address gets an account and a welcome email automatically
- Runs in the browser on any phone

Availability
Any available stylist, and the first one free gets the booking.
Clients who do not mind who does their hair pick "any available". The page merges the free time of every stylist who performs that service and assigns the first one free. Clients with a favourite pick them by name and see only their slots.
Slots come from each stylist's weekly working hours minus their breaks, in 30-minute steps, up to 90 days ahead, with your location's buffer time between appointments.

Checkout
Gift card codes and packages, applied on the booking page.
A client with a gift card enters the code on the booking page and the balance comes off. A client who wants a package adds it at the optional package step. Loyalty points are redeemed on the same page, at the rate and minimum your salon sets.

Payments
Card and online payments through Stripe.
The booking is saved first and paid second. The client pays from their portal with Pay Now, through Stripe Checkout, with any gift card balance and loyalty points taken off before the card is charged. Or your team send a Stripe payment link by email, for the appointment or for a retail order alongside it.
Every payment shows on the location's transactions page, with a detail pop-up for gift cards and orders. Each location uses its own Stripe account, and every charge is in pounds.

Confirmation
Client, stylist and owner all get the email.
The moment a booking is made, online or by staff, a confirmation email goes to the client, to the stylist it is assigned to and to the location owner. When an appointment is cancelled, the other party gets an email. A completed and paid visit sends a thank-you email that also invites a review.
Your public page
A public salon page from day one.
Every Salon100X business gets a public page on its own subdomain: your logo, your locations and a count of services at each. Each location has its own page with services grouped by category, the staff list and Book Appointment buttons.
The same pages carry gift card purchase, a balance check, client registration that accepts a referral code, and the Booking Assistant chat bubble. Link to them from your own website and social profiles, or let Salon100X Growth build a site with the booking built in.
