We are one team that builds salon software and runs salon marketing, and the way we work follows from that. Nothing starts without an audit. Nothing is priced without a written scope. Nothing is reported that cannot be checked against the diary. And nothing is published about a client without their name on it, a date range and what the number measures.
Step one: audit
It starts with a written audit, free, within five working days.
You fill in a short form: business type, locations, website, current booking system, what you spend on marketing now and what a good six months would look like. We then look at four things: where you appear in local search and what your Google Business Profile is missing; how fast your website is on a phone and how many taps it takes to book; what your last thirty reviews and posts tell a new client; and the booking flow itself, end to end.
You get the findings in writing within five working days, with the one or two things we would do first and the package we would recommend. It is yours to keep whatever you decide, and if the honest answer is that you do not need us yet, the audit says so.

Step two: plan
A fixed-scope proposal: what, how much, how long, what you will see.
The audit becomes a proposal: the package, exactly what is included, the price, ad spend stated separately, the term, and what the monthly report will show. It is written for one salon, yours, not copied from a rate card. You read it, ask questions, and change what needs changing before anything is signed.
The proposal is the contract. If something is not in it, we are not doing it and you are not paying for it. If we think something should be added later, it goes in writing as a change, with a price, and you say yes or no.
- Package and every deliverable listed by name
- The fee, with ad spend shown separately
- The term, and the date it ends
- What the monthly report will contain, agreed before the first one

Step three: launch
Tracking first, then the software, then the channels.
Launch follows an order. Tracking goes in before anything else, so a booking confirmed in the diary is the conversion from day one and month one is a real baseline. If the software is part of the package, it is set up next: services, staff, hours, online booking tested with a real appointment. Then the channels go live in the sequence the plan sets out, usually the profile and the site before any paid spend.
You approve every offer, every ad and every page before it runs. For medical spas and dermatology clinics, each one gets a claims check as well. Nothing is live that you have not seen.

Step four: monthly reporting
One report a month, measured in bookings you can open.
On the same day every month you get one page: bookings by channel, cost per booking where there is spend, what we changed and what we plan to change next. Because the same team built the booking software, the report reads from the diary, so a booking the report attributes to Google Ads is an appointment you can open.
A call goes with it if you want one, and most owners do for the first few months. After that, some prefer the page and a message. Either way, the plan for the next month is agreed before it starts, not discovered halfway through.
The same standard applies to anything we publish about you on this website. A result appears only with the client's permission, the client's name, the date range and a note on what the figure measures. If a result is not on our work page, it is because we do not yet have that evidence on file.

Who does the work
Marketers and engineers in one team, with a UK account lead.
Your account lead is in London and is the person you call. Behind them is one team of marketers, designers and engineers in London and India: the people who built Salon100X Software and the people who run the channels, in the same meetings. When a campaign needs a change to the booking flow, or the report needs a number the software does not yet show, the person who can build it is already in the room.
Salon100X Ltd is registered in England and Wales and is built and run by North Rose Technologies, in business since 2007. We work with salons, barbershops, spas, massage therapy practices, medical spas and dermatology clinics in the UK, and nothing else.
Contract terms
The terms, in plain words.
No small print you need a lawyer for. The proposal states what is included, what it costs, how long it runs and what the report will show. Here is the part people usually ask about.
- Fixed scope: the proposal lists every deliverable, and anything added later is agreed in writing with a price
- A stated term with an end date, long enough to read the results honestly and no longer
- No automatic renewals you did not agree to; renewing is a decision, not a default
- Ad spend is separate from our fee and shown separately, and we do not raise it without asking
What we need from you
What we need from you, and how much time it takes.
We do the work, but we cannot do it in the dark. These are the six things that decide whether a package runs smoothly, and none of them takes more than a few minutes a week once the first fortnight is done.
One decision-maker
A named person who can say yes to a calendar, an offer or a page. Committees are fine for the plan; they are fatal for a Tuesday approval.
Approvals within two working days
Offers, ads and pages wait for your yes. If it takes a fortnight, the month is lost. We send short, clear asks so a yes takes a minute.
Access
Your Google Business Profile, website, ad accounts and social profiles, or permission to set them up. We list exactly what we need in week one.
Photos and video
A shared album and a handful of shots a week from the team. Real chairs, real work. We give you the shot list; nobody needs to be a photographer.
The facts
Services, prices, durations, team, hours, areas served, and any change the moment it happens. A wrong price on an ad costs more than the ad.
Capacity, honestly
Tell us which days are full and which stylists are booked out. Marketing a Saturday you cannot staff annoys new clients and wastes your money.
Questions
Straight answers.
Is the audit really free, and what is the catch?
Where is the team based?
What happens at the end of the term?
Why are there no results on your site?
Can I talk to someone before filling in the form?
Step one is the audit.
Tell us your business type, locations, website and current booking system. A written audit comes back within five working days, and it is yours whatever you decide.
