Your diary already knows who has not been in for three months, whose birthday is next week and who just paid for a visit. Salon100X puts that knowledge to work: segments you can message, journeys that run on their own, a text to the waitlist the moment a slot is cancelled, and a review request four hours after every completed visit, with the happy ones sent on to Google.
Segments
Segments built from what clients actually did.
Build a client list from spend, days since last visit, upcoming birthday, services booked, tags, status and location, and see an estimated count before you send anything. Lapsed colour clients at one location is a segment. Everyone with a birthday this month is another.

Campaigns
Email and SMS campaigns to any segment.
Write an email or a text, personalise it with the client's name, and send it to a segment now, at a set time or on a recurring schedule. SMS goes out through your own Twilio account, so you hold the sender number and the message costs.

Automated journeys
Journeys that fire from the diary, not from a spreadsheet.
A journey is a chain of steps: wait, send an email, send a text, branch on a condition, add a tag or assign a task to a team member. You build it once and the diary starts it.
The triggers are events your salon already produces. An appointment completed can start a thank-you and rebooking sequence. A lapsed client can get a reason to come back. A membership anniversary can get a thank-you before the renewal.

Waitlist offers
A cancelled slot goes to your waitlist by text.
Waitlisted clients get a text offer the moment a slot is cancelled, and can book it in one tap. The offer goes to the best match for that service, date range, time of day and preferred stylist, same-stylist preference first, then longest waiting.
Each client has two minutes to accept or decline from the text. A decline or no answer passes the offer to the next person until someone takes it or the list runs out. An accept books the appointment on the spot.

Review requests
Four hours after a visit, the happy clients go to Google.
Four hours after a completed visit, the client gets a text asking how it went. A 4 or 5 star answer is sent on to your Google, Trustpilot or Facebook page to leave the review in public. Anything lower stays inside the dashboard for the manager to follow up, and NPS is tracked over time.
Review stats are on the dashboard, and the Copilot will read them out if you ask.
Review requests are sent by SMS, which needs your own Twilio account.

Testimonials
Video testimonials, 10 to 15 seconds, from the thank-you email.
The thank-you email after a paid visit invites the client to record a 10 to 15 second video or write a few lines. Recordings and written reviews land in your dashboard, ready for your website and social media once the client has agreed.
