Most owners know their takings and guess the rest. Salon100X ships with 30 reports that answer the questions behind the takings: which stylist rebooks, which hour of which weekday is dead, how much gift card money is still owed, which campaign paid for itself. Each one exports to CSV or PDF, or arrives by email on the schedule you set.
The reports
Thirty reports, each filtered by date, location and staff.
Every report takes the same three filters, date range, location and staff member, so a question about one stylist last month is one screen away. Sales, operations, financial, clients and marketing, and stock each have their own group.
The operations group is the one most owners have never had: staff utilisation, rebook rate, no-show rate, cancellation rate, waitlist conversion and a demand heatmap by weekday and hour.

Export and schedule
Export to CSV or PDF, or have it emailed on a schedule.
Any report exports to CSV for a spreadsheet or PDF for a meeting. Scheduled reports go further: pick a report, choose daily, weekly or monthly, add as many recipients as you need, and it arrives in their inbox as CSV or PDF.
Pause a schedule when the accountant is on holiday and use Run now when someone asks for it early.

Manager dashboard
Today at a glance, for whoever is running the floor.
The manager dashboard opens on Today at a glance: net revenue, bookings, average ticket, utilisation, retail attach, no-shows, and the top services and staff for the day. It is the screen a manager checks at four o'clock to decide whether to push retail before close.
It is per location, so a manager sees their own site and nothing else.

Owner dashboard
Every location on one screen for the owner.
The owner dashboard totals revenue and bookings across all of your locations and lists each one in a performance table with its growth and completion rates. From there the owner can log in as any location to see what its manager sees.
Sales by location is a report of its own, and every other report takes a location filter.

Ask in plain English
Ask the Copilot for a report and it runs it.
The Front Desk Copilot can run any of the 30 named reports from a typed request. Ask how today went and it answers with net revenue, bookings, average ticket, utilisation, retail attach and no-show rate. Ask for a summary of last quarter, or why average ticket dropped in March, and it tells you.
It answers with the same permissions as the person asking.

Screen recording: the Front Desk Copilot asked for last month's no-show rate and returning the figure, then asked why average ticket moved and replying with what changed.
