Social media management
A feed that looks like your salon, posted every week.
Your Instagram is the first thing a new client looks at after Google, and often before. It does not need to go viral. It needs to look like your salon on a good day, every week, with a Book link that works. We plan it, make it from your own photos and video, post it and answer the replies, so your team can stay on the floor.
Content calendar
A month planned in one sitting, from your diary outwards.
Before each month starts you get a calendar: every post, its date, its format, its caption and the photo or video it uses. It is built from what is actually happening in your salon, the quiet days you want to fill, the seasons, a new service, a new team member, and the offers running in your ads, so every channel says the same thing.
You approve it in one sitting, on your phone if you like. Changes are welcome; a stylist leaving or a snow day is a message to us, not a crisis.
- A mix of the work, the team, the space, offers and useful advice, in proportions we agree
- Booking link on every post where it makes sense, tracked so the report can count it
- Dates tied to your diary: quiet weeks get the offers, busy weeks get the proof

Creative
Made from the work your team already does.
Your stylists finish something worth photographing every hour. The raw material is there; what is missing is the time to edit, caption and post it. So we ask for that raw material and nothing more: a photo of the finished look, a fifteen-second clip of the process, the chair, the shelf, the dog that comes in on Fridays.
We do the editing, the captions, the on-brand templates for prices and offers, and the formats for feed, Stories and Reels. Nothing from a stock library, ever. If a photo did not happen in your salon, it does not go on your feed.
- Editing, colour correction and captions for every post
- Branded templates for prices, offers and announcements, in your colours and fonts
- Consent from any client whose face or hair appears, with a form we provide

Posting and community
Posted on schedule. Replies answered in working hours.
Posts go out on the days and times the calendar says, on Instagram and Facebook. Then the part most salons cannot keep up with: replies. Comments get an answer, messages get an answer, and the question of whether you have anything on Saturday gets the booking link and a friendly nudge rather than silence until Monday.
Anything that needs you, a complaint, a question about a treatment, a journalist, comes to you straight away with a suggested reply. We never guess on your behalf about a treatment or a price.
What a month looks like
The month, week by week.
Social media management sounds vague until you see the cadence. Here is what actually happens each month, and what is needed from you at each step.
Before the month starts
The calendar arrives for approval: every post, date, format and caption. You approve or change it in one sitting. We confirm which offers and quiet days it is built around.
Week one
The first posts go live. We collect the month's raw material from the shared album your team drops photos and clips into, and start editing. Anything missing gets a specific ask, not a vague one.
Every week
Posting on schedule across feed, Stories and Reels. Comments and messages answered in working hours. Booking questions answered with the link. Anything sensitive passed to you with a suggested reply.
Mid-month
A quick check of what is working. A post that is bringing profile visits and link taps gets a follow-up. A format nobody watched is dropped from next month's plan without ceremony.
Week four
Next month's calendar drafted from your diary and the ads plan, so the offers line up. Stories saved to highlights so new visitors see the best of the month, not just the last post.
Month end
The report: what was posted, profile visits, link taps, and bookings from the booking link read from the diary. What we changed, what we will do next month. Followers are in there, but they are not the point.
What we need from you
Ten minutes a week and a shared album.
This works when the raw material keeps coming, and that part cannot be outsourced. We set up a shared album on your team's phones, give everyone a one-page guide to what to shoot and how, and ask for a handful of photos and clips a week. Most teams find it becomes a habit inside a month.
Beyond that: someone who can approve a calendar within a couple of days, the facts on prices and services, and an honest word when something is off. If a post does not sound like you, tell us, and the next one will.
- A shared photo album the whole team can drop into
- A one-page shooting guide: what to film, how to hold the phone, what to keep out of frame
- Consent forms for clients who appear
- One approval a month for the calendar, and quick answers when we ask

Reporting
A report that counts bookings, not just followers.
Follower counts are easy to report and hard to spend. So the monthly report leads with what connects to the diary: profile visits, taps on the booking link in your bio and posts, and the bookings that came from those taps. Because the same team built the booking software, a booking that started with a tap on your bio link is read from the diary, not guessed from a click. On another system we count as far as that system lets us see, and say so.
Then the rest: what was posted, what people watched and saved, which formats worked, what we changed and what next month holds. It is one page, written in plain English, and it goes out on the same day each month.
