The company
One company. Two halves. Same team.
Salon100X Ltd is a UK company, registered in England and Wales, with an office on Great Portland Street in London. It is built and run by North Rose Technologies, a digital agency and software builder in business since 2007.
That history is the reason there are two halves. North Rose spent years running websites, search and paid campaigns for service businesses, and kept hitting the same wall: the marketing worked, the phone rang, and the booking system lost the thread. So we built the booking system too.
Why salons
Because a salon lives and dies by a full diary.
A salon has the clearest number in small business: chairs filled today. Every empty slot is revenue gone for good, and every marketing pound is only worth what it puts in the diary. We chose salons, barbershops, spas, massage practices, medical spas and dermatology clinics, and we turned down everything else, because six trades done properly beats fourteen done vaguely.
The software was first called Clinics100X. It became Salon100X when the focus narrowed to these six, and the two halves of this site are how we sell it now: software on its own, growth services on their own, or the two together.
How we work
Say what is live. Prove what we claim.
Every feature on the software half is one a salon can use today. Nothing is sold as coming soon. Every result on the growth half comes with a named client, a date range and what the figure measures, or it does not go up.
That standard costs us the odd headline. It also means that when you read a number here, you can check it.
The team
Engineers and marketers who sit in the same room.
The people who build the diary, the booking assistant and the reports are the same people who read your campaign numbers every month. When an ad is not turning into bookings, the person fixing the landing page and the person who can see the diary are one conversation apart.
