Full digital marketing
Every channel, one team, one number: bookings.
Marketing a salon channel by channel means five suppliers, five invoices and five reports that all claim the same booking. Full service puts it under one roof, with the booking software included, so every channel is measured against the same diary. One plan, one account lead who knows your salon, and one report a month, in bookings.
What is included
Everything in Grow, plus the channels that keep clients.
Full service is the Grow package with the retention channels added: social media management, and email and SMS campaigns run from inside the software. The website, local SEO and paid search bring new clients through the door; social and email bring them back and keep your name in front of the ones who drifted.
It is one plan rather than six. The offer in the Meta ad is the one on the landing page, the one in the email and the one on the feed that week. The quiet Tuesday is approached from every side at once.
- Website with online booking built in, or the site you have brought up to standard
- Google Business Profile, service and location pages, review flow
- Google Ads and Meta Ads with landing pages per offer
- Social media management: calendar, creative, posting, replies
- Email and SMS campaigns to segments of your own client list, run inside the software
SMS campaigns need your own Twilio account. Email works without one.
Software included
The software is included. It is where the numbers come from.
Every full service client gets Salon100X Software: online booking in six steps, the diary, client records, card and online payments through Stripe, gift cards, memberships, loyalty and 30 reports with CSV and PDF export. It is the system your clients book into and the system the marketing is measured against.
It also does some of the marketing itself. Review requests go out by text four hours after a completed visit, with 4 and 5 stars sent on to Google, Trustpilot or Facebook. Segments pick out clients by spend, days since last visit or an upcoming birthday, and an email or SMS campaign goes to exactly those people. Waitlisted clients get a text offer the moment a slot is cancelled, and can book it in one tap.
SMS for campaigns, review requests and waitlist offers needs your own Twilio account. If you would rather keep your current booking system, we work with that instead and the proposal says what the report can then show.

One monthly report
One report. Bookings by channel, cost per booking, what is next.
Instead of a search report, an ads report and a social report that each take credit for the same client, you get one page. Bookings by channel, read from the diary. Cost per booking where there is spend. What we changed this month and what we plan to change next.
Because the same team built the software, the report and the diary agree. If the report says a booking came from Google Ads, you can open the appointment and see it. That is the difference between a marketing report and a story.
- Bookings by channel: search, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social, email and direct
- Cost per booking for every channel with spend
- New clients against returning, so retention gets its share of the credit
- What we changed, what we learned, what is planned for next month
Product capture pending
A monthly report page showing bookings by channel across search, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social and email, with the salon's name and the date range at the top
A named account lead
One person who knows your salon, your team and your quiet days.
You get a named account lead in the UK, and their number. They know which stylist is leaving in June, which service you want more of, and that the back room is not photogenic. They run the monthly call, they own the report, and they are the person who says no to a bad idea before it costs you anything.
Behind them is one team of marketers and engineers, in London and India, who built the software and run the channels. When something in the booking flow needs changing to make a campaign work, the person who can change it sits in the same meeting.
Quarterly planning
A plan for the quarter, in writing, before it starts.
Every three months we sit down with you, in person or on a call, and plan the next quarter: the seasons, a new service, a price change, a new hire with an empty column, a second site. Budget moves between channels based on the last quarter's cost per booking, and the offers for each month are agreed so the calendar, the ads and the emails line up.
The plan is one page and it goes in writing, so in month two of the quarter nobody is wondering what was agreed.
- The quarter's aims, in bookings and in plain words
- Channel budgets for the quarter, and what would make us move them
- Monthly offers, agreed with your capacity in front of us
- Dates for launches, shoots and reviews of the plan

Who it is for
Built for owners who want marketing off their desk entirely.
Full service is the right package for some salons and the wrong one for others. If you want one channel done well, take that service on its own. If the salon opened last month and has no reviews yet, start with Launch and grow into it. Full service is built for these three.
Multi-location groups
Two sites or more, each with its own profile, pages, campaigns and manager, and one report for the owner that shows every location side by side.
Owners done with doing it themselves
You have been posting at 11pm and checking the ad account between clients. It works, but it costs you the evenings. Hand it over and keep the approvals.
A salon about to open its next site
A second location needs a profile, pages, a launch offer and a full column for a new team, all before the doors open. Full service runs the launch and then keeps it fed.
