Worth knowing before you sign up
- SMS campaigns, journeys, review requests and waitlist offers need your own Twilio account.
- Card and online payments run through your own Stripe account, one per location.
- The AI assistant works in the browser, in English. It does not answer your phone.
- Attendance and leave are recorded by a manager, not by GPS clock-in.

Is £299 the only plan?
Yes. One plan with every live module included, so there is nothing to compare or upgrade. Salons on a Growth package get the software included as an add-on.
What happens after the three free months?
You carry on at £299, or you cancel and keep your data export. We will confirm the exact billing date with you before the trial ends.
Do I need Stripe or Twilio?
Stripe, yes, if you want to take card or online payments; you connect your own account for each location. Twilio only if you want SMS campaigns, journeys or waitlist offers. Email works without either.
Can I bring my client list from my current system?
Not by self-service import today. Talk to us at the demo and we will discuss a managed migration for your situation.
