Salon100X Software for massage therapy
Massage therapy software that handles intake, consent and repeat bookings.
A massage practice lives on the second booking. The first visit needs the intake form done, the contraindications read and the consent signed before the client is on the table; the next visit needs to be booked before they leave and protected by a cancellation notice window that is actually enforced. Salon100X does the paperwork by link, the booking by therapist, and holds the line on the notice.
Ready at first login
Pick Massage Therapy and the practice arrives set up.
Choose Massage Therapy when you create your first location and the session types, categories, staff roles, retail products, opening hours and settings arrive filled in for a practice. Set the durations you run, add the modalities you offer, and the booking page is live on your Salon100X subdomain.
A sole therapist and a practice with six therapists start from the same setup. Each therapist's working hours drive their availability, and each can edit their own.
- Session types and categories for a massage practice, ready to edit
- Staff roles with commission rates attached
- Retail products with cost, retail price and stock level
- Opening hours, appointment and financial settings

Forms and records
Intake and consent done by link before the first session.
Build the intake form once: text and choice fields for health history, injuries and contraindications, a consent statement, a signature, and a photo field if you record posture or an injury site. When a new client books, send the signed link and the form is done before they arrive. For anyone who turns up without it, tablet mode in the room does the same job. Every submission downloads as a PDF.
The client record shows upcoming, past and cancelled sessions, lifetime spend, the top five session types they book, loyalty points, packages and gift cards, so a therapist covering a colleague's client can see the pattern of visits.

Online booking
Booked by therapist in six steps, cancelled only with notice.
Clients book in six steps with no login: location, session type, package if they have one, therapist or any available, date and time, confirm. Slots run in 30-minute steps up to 90 days ahead, from each therapist's working hours. Confirmation goes by email to the client, the therapist and the owner.
The cancellation notice window (24 hours by default) applies wherever a client acts. The portal refuses a cancellation with less notice than you set, and the Booking Assistant respects the same window when it reschedules or cancels with the booking reference and phone number. Every change is read back and needs a yes before it happens.
- Any available therapist merges every eligible therapist's free times and assigns the first one free
- One session per online booking; the desk builds combined bookings
- Gift card codes and packages apply at booking

Repeat bookings
Session packages, aftercare emails and the regular who drifted.
Session packages are created by your team and bought by clients online or in their portal, and a client can add one when they book. Follow-up sessions link to the original booking, so a course of sessions reads as one thread in the diary.
After a completed session an automation can send the aftercare email you would otherwise type, and a lapsed-client automation writes to the regular who has not been in for a while. Loyalty points build with every session and come off the bill at booking; when a client refers a friend who completes a first session, the referrer gets 500 points and the newcomer 250.

Payments and reports
Stripe for payments, and the month emailed to your accountant.
Card and online payments go through your own Stripe account, in pounds, from the portal or from a payment link emailed after the session. Thirty reports with date and therapist filters export as CSV or PDF, or arrive by email daily, weekly or monthly, so the accountant gets the month without you running it.
