Salon100X Software for dermatology clinics
Dermatology clinic software for consultations, consent forms and multi-site reporting.
A dermatology clinic runs on consultations, follow-ups and paperwork that has to be right. The new patient form before the first appointment, consent before a procedure, a photo on the record, a note of who changed what. Salon100X holds that alongside a diary for several clinicians and several sites, and sends the practice owner the month's figures without anyone running a report.
Ready at first login
Pick Dermatology and the clinic arrives set up.
Choose Dermatology when you create your first location and the appointment types, categories, staff roles, retail products, opening hours and settings arrive filled in for a clinic. Set the consultation and follow-up durations you run, name the clinicians and the appointment types each one takes, and the booking page is live on your Salon100X subdomain.
Each clinic keeps its own manager login, opening hours, appointment settings and Stripe account. The owner can log in as any of them.
- Appointment types and categories for a dermatology clinic, ready to edit
- Staff roles with commission rates attached
- Retail products with cost, retail price and stock level
- Opening hours, appointment and financial settings per clinic

Diary and booking
Consultations booked online, follow-ups linked to the visit they came from.
The day view shows each clinician as a column with a live time line. Check-in records the patient's arrival with a note and flags a late arrival against the grace period you set. Follow-up appointments link to the consultation they came from, so a patient's thread of visits reads in order.
New patient consultations can be booked online in six steps with no login, with a named clinician or any available, in 30-minute steps up to 90 days ahead, with the confirmation sent to the patient, the clinician and the owner. Skin checks and any other appointment type you choose to open online work the same way; everything else stays with reception.
The Booking Assistant lets a patient type, dictate or talk to book, reschedule or cancel with the reference and phone number, inside your notice window, and reads every change back before it acts.
Talk to the assistant in your browser, in English. It does not answer your phone.

Forms and records
Medical history by link, consent on the tablet, a photo on the record.
Send the new patient form as a signed link when the consultation is booked: text and choice fields for medical history, medication and allergies, and a consent statement at the end. Consent for a procedure is a separate form completed on a tablet in the room, with the statements you use, a photo field for the clinical record and a signature. Every submission downloads as a PDF.
The record shows upcoming, past and cancelled appointments, and the activity log lists every edit to it with the staff member and the time, kept for twelve months. The software calls patients clients on screen; the records work the same way.

Reception
A typed line books the follow-up. Nothing changes without a Yes.
Reception types a line to the Front Desk Copilot, "book a follow-up for Mrs Okafor with Dr Rahman next Tuesday afternoon", and it shows what it is about to do before it does it. It creates and updates patients and appointments within the permissions of whoever is typing, refuses to delete anything with upcoming appointments, needs a single-use code for any deletion, and writes every action to the activity log.
Consultation fees are taken as card and online payments through the clinic's own Stripe account: the patient pays from the portal, or reception emails a Stripe payment link.

Reports
The month arrives in the owner's inbox as a PDF.
Thirty reports with date, clinic and clinician filters, exported as CSV or PDF. Schedule the ones the practice owner wants as a daily, weekly or monthly email to several recipients, and the month arrives without anyone running it. The owner dashboard totals every clinic with a performance table per site.

Advertising rules
The public pages list consultations and appointment types. The wording is yours.
A clinic's public pages and messages are advertising, and UK rules apply: no prescription-only medicines promoted, no outcome claims without evidence. Salon100X does not ask you to break either. The booking page lists consultations and appointment types, review requests send patients to Google, Trustpilot or Facebook without scripting what they write, and any campaign you send goes to the segments you choose with wording you control.
If you want the pages and campaigns written to the CAP Code by people who do it every day, that is the Growth half of Salon100X.
Review requests go by SMS, which needs your own Twilio account.
