Salon100X Software for barbershops

Barbershop software for quick cuts, regulars and a full Saturday.

Booking by barber in six steps, a check-in screen for the queue, and loyalty points for the fortnightly regular. Set up for a barbershop at first login.

A barbershop runs at a different speed. Thirty-minute slots, a queue of walk-ins against a column of bookings, regulars who come back every three weeks and would go elsewhere if the booking took longer than the cut. Salon100X is set up so a client can book a skin fade with any available barber in six steps and the shop can see the whole Saturday on one screen.

Ready at first login

Pick Barbershop and the shop arrives set up.

Choose Barbershop when you set up your first location and the services, categories, staff roles, retail products, opening hours and settings arrive filled in for a barbershop. Cuts, beard work and shaves are there to rename and reprice, not to type in.

Add the barbers, set their working hours, and the booking page is live on your Salon100X subdomain.

  • Barbershop services and categories, ready to rename and reprice
  • Staff roles with commission rates attached
  • Retail products with cost, retail price and stock level
  • Opening hours, appointment and financial settings

Online booking

Book a fade with any available barber, from a phone, in six steps.

Location, service, package if wanted, barber, date and time, confirm. No account needed. Slots come in 30-minute steps up to 90 days ahead, straight from each barber's working hours, so nobody gets booked on their day off.

A regular picks their barber. A new client picks "any available" and the system merges every barber's free times and gives them the first one free. Confirmation goes by email to the client, the barber and you.

On your public pages the Booking Assistant does the same by text, dictation or live voice: it checks real availability, books, gives an 8-character reference and reads the booking back before it confirms.

  • One service per online booking; the desk builds combined appointments
  • Gift card codes apply at booking
  • Reschedule or cancel through the assistant with the reference and phone number, inside your notice window

Talk to the assistant in your browser, in English. It does not answer your phone.

The shop floor

Check-in at the door, no-shows marked, bookings typed in mid-cut.

The check-in kiosk page lists today's appointments so a client can tap themselves in at the door while you finish a fade. Check-in takes a note, late arrivals are tracked against a grace period you set (15 minutes by default), and anyone who never checks in is marked a no-show once the grace period passes, which is what feeds the no-show rate report.

Blocked time holds the hour you keep for walk-ins. When the phone rings mid-cut, the Front Desk Copilot takes a typed line such as "book Dan Price in for a skin fade Saturday at 10", shows what it is about to do, and books when you tap Yes.

Regulars

Cancelled slots offered by text, points for the regular, a mate brought in.

Waitlisted clients get a text offer the moment a slot is cancelled, and can book it in one tap. Loyalty points build with every cut at the earn rate you set and come off the bill at booking. When a regular refers a mate and that mate completes a first appointment, the regular gets 500 points and the mate 250.

Four hours after a completed visit a text asks for a rating. Four and five stars go to your Google, Trustpilot or Facebook page; anything lower stays with the manager.

Waitlist offers and review requests go by SMS, which needs your own Twilio account.

Payments and reports

Stripe for payments, five reports a shop owner reads.

Card and online payments go through your own Stripe account, in pounds. A client pays from the portal or from a Stripe payment link the desk emails, and gift card balance and loyalty points come off first.

The manager dashboard opens on Today at a glance: net revenue, bookings, average ticket, utilisation, retail attach, no-shows, top services and staff. Thirty reports sit behind it, each with date and barber filters, exported as CSV or PDF or emailed daily, weekly or monthly.

Staff utilisation

How much of each barber's day was booked, by day or by week.

No-show rate

Who did not turn up, how often, and on which days.

Demand heatmap

Bookings by weekday and hour, which tells you whether opening earlier on Saturday would fill.

New vs returning

Whether the shop is growing or living off the same regulars.

Commissions payable

The month's commission per barber, matching their own statement, exported as CSV, Xero, QuickBooks or IRIS for the accountant.

Questions

Straight answers.

We are mostly walk-ins. Is booking software worth it?
The diary runs bookings and walk-ins side by side. Blocked time holds the hours you keep for walk-ins, the kiosk page checks people in either way, and the demand heatmap shows which hours the bookings fill. You decide how much of the diary to open online, and change it once the heatmap shows the pattern.
Can clients book a specific barber?
Yes, or any available. Each barber's working hours drive their slots, one service per online booking in 30-minute steps up to 90 days ahead. A regular who always sees the same barber picks them; a new client picks any available and gets the first barber free.
Does it text people when a slot comes free?
Waitlisted clients get a text offer the moment a slot is cancelled, and can book it in one tap. The offer goes to the best match first and passes down the list if they decline. It is sent by SMS, so it needs your own Twilio account.
What does it cost for a two-chair shop?
£299, one plan, every live module, whatever the size of the shop. The first three months are free and no card is taken at signup. The pricing page states the billing period.
