Terms of use
Last updated 17 September 2026
These terms apply to your use of salon100x.com and to the way we take on work through it, whether that is Salon100X Growth, our done-for-you marketing for salons, or Salon100X Software, our salon booking and management software. By using the site you agree to them. They were last updated on 17 September 2026.
Who we are
Salon100X Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17243416, with its registered office at 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London W1W 5PF. The site and the software are built and run by North Rose Technologies on our behalf. You can contact us at info@salon100x.com or on +44 7476 955786.
Using the site
You may browse the site, read its content and use its forms to contact us. You must not use the site in a way that breaks the law, interferes with its operation, attempts to gain access to any part of it you are not meant to reach, or copies its content for commercial use without our written permission. We may suspend or withdraw the site, or any part of it, at any time without notice.
Accuracy of what we publish
We take care to keep the site accurate and current, and we update it when the software or our services change.
Descriptions of the software describe the features that are live at the date stated on the page or post concerned. Features change over time: a feature described as not available may be added later, and one that is available may be changed. The software pages and the compare page state what the software does not do at the date shown, and you should rely on those pages rather than on any other description.
Where we publish a growth result, it carries the name of the client, the date range it covers and the measure it reports. We do not publish results without those three things. Where a page describes our method, deliverables and reporting without a figure, that is because we have no evidenced result to show for that service yet, not because a result is implied.
Nothing on the site is professional advice. Blog posts and guides are general information for salon owners and should not be relied on in place of advice specific to your business.
Enquiries and audits do not create a contract
Booking a demo, requesting a growth audit, using a contact form or receiving an audit report from us does not create a contract between you and us, and does not commit either of us to anything further. An audit report is our opinion at the time, based on the information available to us, and is provided without charge and without warranty.
How a growth services engagement is formed
Salon100X Growth work starts with a written proposal from us. The proposal sets out the scope of work, the price, the term, and the reporting you will receive. A contract is formed only when you accept that proposal in writing, whether by signature, by email or by another written method the proposal specifies. The proposal and its terms then govern the engagement. If anything in these website terms conflicts with an accepted proposal, the proposal takes precedence for that engagement.
How a software subscription is formed
Salon100X Software is used under its own terms, which you accept when you sign up to the application. Signing up creates your account and your agreement with us for the software. The first three months are free, with no card required at signup. After that the software costs £299, and the billing period for that price is stated on the pricing page and at signup. The software terms cover use of the application, our role as a processor of your salon's data, payment, suspension and termination, and they, not these website terms, govern your use of the software.
Intellectual property
The content of this site, including its text, images, video, design, code and the Salon100X name and logo, belongs to Salon100X Ltd or to its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not reproduce, distribute or adapt the content, or use our name or logo, without our written permission. Product names of third parties belong to their owners.
Links to other sites
The site links to other websites and services, including third-party providers we work with. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data. A link does not mean we endorse the site it points to.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under the law of England and Wales.
Subject to that, the site and its content are provided as they are. To the extent permitted by law we exclude all implied conditions, warranties and representations about the site and its content, and we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its content, including loss of profit, revenue, business or data, whether direct or indirect. Our liability under any contract for growth services or for the software is set out in the proposal or the software terms that govern it.
General
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them or about the site. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. We may change these terms from time to time by updating this page; the date at the top shows the latest version.
