Salon100X Growth for massage therapy
Massage therapy marketing that fills the gaps between regulars.
A massage practice does not need a crowd. It needs a steady number of new clients who become regulars, found at the moment they search for sports massage or pregnancy massage near them. That is a local search job first, a website job second, and a paid search job only for the weeks the diary is thin. We build it in that order.
Channel mix
Local search first, the website second, ads for the thin weeks.
Someone looking for a massage therapist searches for the modality and the place, reads the listing and the page, and books if the page answers what a first session involves and what it costs. Everything else is secondary to getting that path right.
The mix below is a starting point. Your audit sets the actual one.
Local search
A page for each modality, sports, deep tissue, remedial, pregnancy, written for your area, plus a Google Business Profile with services, hours and answered reviews.
Website with booking
What a first session involves, who each modality suits, prices, the therapists and their qualifications, and a Book now button that opens Salon100X or your current system.
Google Ads
Search ads on near-me terms for the modality you want more of, with a landing page per modality, switched on for the thin weeks and off when the diary is full.
Meta Ads
A lighter touch: local awareness in a tight radius, retargeting of people who visited the site, and workplace wellbeing offers to businesses nearby.
Social media
Education rather than promotion: what to expect at a first session, aftercare, stretches, on a monthly calendar that does not depend on you posting between clients.
Offers
An intro session, a package, a referral. Nothing that cheapens the hour.
A massage practice sells trust, so the offer is an easier first step rather than a cheaper hour. A first session on one modality, a package of sessions for the client who already knows they will come back, and a referral reward that runs through the software's points.
Each offer gets its own booking link so the report shows what it booked.
- An intro session for new clients on the modality you want more of
- Session packages bought online, for the client who books a course
- A referral reward for the friend or teammate a client sends, tracked by the software
- Workplace packages for local businesses, sold to the office rather than the individual
- A quiet-week email to lapsed clients from a segment in the software, sent when the diary needs it
Tracking
Every first session is tied to the page or ad that booked it.
Each channel gets its own booking link. A new client who books from your Google listing, a modality page, a Google Ad or a Meta ad lands in your Salon100X diary tagged with that source, and the lead source report shows bookings by channel for the month. Because the diary also holds the rebook rate, the report can say which channel brought clients who came back, not only clients who came once.
If your bookings live in another system we track through its confirmation page and GA4, and say so in the report.

The first 90 days
Listing and modality pages first, ads only once the diary shows a gap.
You get a written audit within five working days: the listing, the site, what people in your area search for, and how a booking is made today. The plan that follows is agreed before anything goes live.
Month one is the Google Business Profile, the modality pages, the booking path with the intake form behind it, and tracking. Month two puts the social calendar live and switches Google Ads on for the modality and the weeks that need it. Month three is the first full report from the diary, including who came back.
- Days 1 to 5: written audit and a plan to agree
- Weeks 2 to 4: listing, modality pages, booking path and intake link, tracking
- Weeks 5 to 8: social calendar running, Google Ads on for the thin weeks
- Weeks 9 to 12: first monthly report from the diary, spend moved to the modality that booked

The software
The booking page and the intake link are included.
Every growth package includes Salon100X Software as the add-on: booking by therapist or any available, intake and consent forms by signed link, session packages, the cancellation notice window, review requests to Google, and the reports we write the monthly report from.
If you would rather keep your current booking system, we work with that and track through it.
