Salon100X Growth for dermatology clinics

Dermatology clinic marketing for consultations, written to the rules.

Pages for the conditions and treatment categories you want enquiries for, a website that books the consultation, reviews handled properly, and campaigns that make no claim we cannot evidence.

People looking for a dermatologist are worried about something specific and searching for it by name. They want to know who will see them, what a consultation involves, how soon, and what it costs. A clinic that answers those four questions clearly, for each condition it treats, in its own area, earns the enquiry. That is the work, done inside the CAP Code from the first page.

How we work

Written to the CAP Code, checked, then approved by your clinician.

Every page, ad and post we produce for a dermatology clinic is written to the UK CAP Code and checked against it before you see it, then approved by a clinician you name before it runs. Content about a condition describes the condition and what a consultation involves; it does not promise what a treatment will achieve.

That approach loses nothing worth keeping. A worried patient is looking for a clinic that sounds careful.

  • No prescription-only medicines or prescription treatments named or promoted, anywhere
  • No outcome claims, no imagery that implies an outcome, no timescales
  • Consultation-led: every page and ad ends in booking a consultation, not a treatment
  • Clinician approval of every piece before it runs, with a record of who approved what
  • Google and Meta healthcare advertising policies followed, including age targeting

Channel mix

A page per condition, a clinic per listing, one consultation button.

A patient searches for the condition or for a private dermatologist in their area, reads who the clinicians are and what a consultation costs, and either books or rings. Local search and the website carry most of that; paid search adds the conditions where the clinic has capacity.

The mix below is a starting point. Your audit sets the actual one.

Local search

A page for each condition the clinic sees, acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, moles and skin checks, and for each treatment category, written for your area and ending in a consultation booking, plus a Google Business Profile per clinic with clinicians and hours.

Website with consultation booking

The clinicians and their credentials, what a consultation involves, fees stated plainly, which insurers the clinic works with, and a Book a consultation button that opens Salon100X or your current system.

Google Ads

Search campaigns on condition and private dermatologist terms in your area, within Google's healthcare policies, with a landing page per condition that leads to the consultation.

Meta Ads

A light touch: brand and skin check awareness campaigns to adults in your area, and retargeting of people who visited the site, with creative about the clinicians and the clinic.

Reviews and social media

Review requests after visits steered to Google, and a social calendar about the clinicians, what to expect at a consultation and skin health, with every post through clinician approval.

Offers

A clinic does not run promotions. It makes the consultation easy to book.

Discounts do not belong on a dermatology clinic's website. What we do instead is make the path to a consultation obvious, state the price of it plainly, and give people a reason to book the right appointment type at the right clinic.

Each appointment type gets its own booking link so the report shows which pages and ads booked which consultations.

  • A new patient consultation fee with what it includes, stated on every condition page
  • Skin check clinics on set days, promoted a month ahead through the listing and the site
  • Information for insured patients on which insurers the clinic works with and how to book
  • Follow-up appointments booked before the patient leaves, through the software's rebooking

Tracking

Consultations and enquiries counted by channel, from the diary.

Each channel gets its own consultation booking link. A consultation booked from a condition page, a Google Ad or your listing lands in your Salon100X diary tagged with its source, and the lead source report shows consultations by channel for the month. Phone calls and enquiry forms from the site are counted through GA4 alongside them, because many patients still ring.

If your bookings live in another system we track through its confirmation page and GA4, and say so in the report. The figures are counts of consultations and enquiries, never claims about outcomes.

The first 90 days

Compliance review first, then condition pages, then search.

The audit, delivered within five working days, starts with a compliance review of what is already live: the website, the listings, the social accounts and any ads. Anything that names a prescription-only medicine or claims an outcome is listed for removal before we build anything new.

Month one fixes that list, sets up clinician approval, and builds the condition pages, the consultation booking path and tracking. Month two puts local search live for each clinic and Google Ads on for the conditions with capacity. Month three is the first full report from the diary, and the next quarter's conditions are chosen from it.

  • Days 1 to 5: written audit, including the compliance review and a plan to agree
  • Weeks 2 to 4: removals made, clinician approval set up, condition pages, consultation booking, tracking
  • Weeks 5 to 8: local search live per clinic, Google Ads on for the conditions with capacity
  • Weeks 9 to 12: first monthly report from the diary, next quarter's conditions chosen

The software

Consultation booking, consent forms and the owner's reports are included.

Every growth package includes Salon100X Software as the add-on: consultation booking with a named clinician, forms with consent and photo fields, per-clinic managers, scheduled PDF reports to the practice owner, and the lead source report we write the monthly report from.

If you would rather keep your current booking system, we work with that and track through it.

Questions

Straight answers.

Can you write about conditions without making claims?
Yes. A condition page describes the condition, who the clinic sees for it, what a consultation involves, how soon one can be booked and what it costs. It does not say what a treatment will achieve. Your clinician approves every page before it goes live.
Do you work with insured patients as well as self-pay?
The website states which insurers the clinic works with and how an insured patient books, and the consultation booking path works for both. We do not promise cover; that stays between the patient and their insurer.
Who approves the creative?
A clinician you name. Every page, ad and post goes through our compliance check first, then to them for approval, with a record of who approved what and when. Nothing runs without that.
Will you quote results from other clinics?
Only with the client named, the date range and what the figure measures, and never as a promise for your clinic. Case studies are published on Our work as clients give permission.

Send us the site and we will start with the compliance review.

Tell us your clinic, the conditions and treatment categories you see, your website and what runs today. Within five working days you get a written audit that says what to take down first and what to build next.
