Salon100X Growth for spas

Spa marketing that sells the day out and the gift voucher.

A website that makes someone want the afternoon, local search for the spa day terms in your area, and campaigns timed to the gifting seasons, all tracked back to bookings and gift card sales.

A spa is bought twice: once by the person who wants an afternoon off, and once by the person buying it for them. The marketing has to work for both, and it has to peak in the weeks before Christmas, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day when the second buyer is looking. We build for the first buyer all year and for the second buyer on a calendar.

Channel mix

The website carries a spa. The seasons carry the ads.

People travel further for a spa day than for a haircut, and they decide from the photographs. So the website does more of the work than it would for a salon, local search covers a wider area, and the paid campaigns run hardest in the six weeks before each gifting season.

The mix below is a starting point. Your audit sets the actual one.

Website with booking

Photography of the space, packages and gift vouchers front and centre, a Book button and a Buy a voucher button on every page, opening Salon100X or your current system.

Local search

Pages for spa day, couples' treatments and each treatment category, written for the towns you draw from, and a Google Business Profile with categories, photos and posts kept current.

Meta Ads

Facebook and Instagram campaigns for packages, couples' days and group bookings, and the voucher campaigns before Christmas, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day.

Google Ads

Search campaigns on spa day and gift voucher terms in the run-up to each season, and midweek package terms through the rest of the year.

Social media

Calm, brand-led content of the rooms, the products and the treatments, on a calendar with the gifting seasons planned a quarter ahead.

Offers

Sell the midweek afternoon and the voucher, not a discount on Saturday.

A spa's quiet time is predictable: weekday afternoons outside the school holidays. The offers we build fill those hours, give the gift buyer something that feels generous without cutting the price, and give locals a reason to come monthly rather than once a year.

Each offer gets its own booking or voucher link so the report shows what it sold.

  • Midweek spa days at a price that fills the quiet afternoons the diary shows
  • Seasonal packages named for the season, so the gift buyer knows what to choose
  • Gift vouchers with a small added treatment rather than money off
  • Memberships for locals, billed monthly through the software
  • Group and hen bookings, promoted well ahead of the summer

Tracking

Bookings and voucher sales, each tied to the campaign that sent them.

Every campaign points at a booking page or the voucher page with its own tagged link. A booking lands in your Salon100X diary tagged with its source, and the lead source report shows bookings by channel for the month. Voucher purchases on the public gift card page are tracked through GA4 against the same tags, so the December report shows which campaign sold the vouchers.

If your bookings live in another system we track through its confirmation page and GA4, and say so in the report.

The first 90 days

Photography and the voucher page first, then the season's campaign.

You get a written audit within five working days: the website, the voucher path, the Google Business Profile, current ads and how a booking is made today. The plan that follows is agreed before anything goes live.

Month one is the site, the photography, the voucher page and tracking. Month two puts local search pages live and the first campaign on the nearest season or the midweek packages. Month three is the first full report from the diary and the gift card sales, and the plan for the next season is set from it. If you come to us six weeks before a season, the campaign work moves first and the foundations follow.

  • Days 1 to 5: written audit and a plan to agree, with the seasons marked
  • Weeks 2 to 4: website, photography, voucher page, Google Business Profile, tracking
  • Weeks 5 to 8: local search pages live, first campaign on the nearest season or midweek packages
  • Weeks 9 to 12: first monthly report from bookings and voucher sales, next season planned

The software

The voucher page and the booking page are included.

Every growth package includes Salon100X Software as the add-on: the public gift card page from £1 to £10,000, packages and memberships sold in the client portal, review requests to Google and Trustpilot, and the reports we write the monthly report from.

If you would rather keep your current booking system, we work with that and track through it.

Questions

Straight answers.

Can you sell gift vouchers on the website?
Yes. Salon100X has a public gift card page, £1 to £10,000, paid through Stripe with the balance link emailed to the recipient. The website links to it from the header and from every package page, and each campaign points at it with a tagged link so the report shows what sold the vouchers.
How far before Christmas should a spa start?
The voucher campaigns need the photography, the voucher page and the tracking in place first, so earlier is better. If you come to us close to a season we run the campaign work first and finish the foundations after. The audit gives you a plan with dates on it.
Do you photograph the spa?
Yes, or we brief your photographer. A spa website sells the space, so photography of the rooms, the products and the treatments is planned as part of the website work, and it feeds the social calendar and the ads.
Will you quote a result for a spa like ours?
Only with the client named, the date range and what the figure measures, and never as a promise for your spa. Case studies are published on Our work as clients give permission.
