Salon100X Growth for salons
Salon marketing measured in booked chairs, not clicks.
Most salon marketing is judged on likes and clicks because nobody can see what happened after. We can. Every campaign we run for a salon points at a booking page, every booking is tagged with the channel it came from, and the monthly report is written from the diary rather than the ad platform. That changes which decisions get made.
Channel mix
Where a salon's next clients actually come from.
A hair and beauty salon wins on searches for a service in a place, on being the salon a friend recommends, and on looking the part on Instagram. We weight the channels in that order and change the weighting once the diary shows what each one is producing.
The mix below is a starting point. Your audit sets the actual one.
Local search
Google Business Profile kept current with services, photos and posts, plus pages on your site for the services you want more of: balayage, extensions, colour correction, bridal, each written for your town.
Google Ads
Search campaigns on high-value service terms with a booking page as the landing page, so a search for hair extensions near you ends in a booked consultation rather than a bounced homepage.
Meta Ads
Facebook and Instagram campaigns built around an offer worth the click, aimed at your catchment, with creative shot in your salon rather than stock.
Social media
A monthly calendar of posts and short video from real appointments, with posting and community replies handled, in the salon's own voice.
Website with booking
A fast, mobile-first site with your services, prices and stylists, and a Book now button that opens Salon100X online booking or your current system.
Offers
Offers that fill quiet days without cheapening Saturday.
A salon does not need to discount its busiest day. The offers that work fill the mid-week gaps, bring a first-timer in on a service that leads to a standing appointment, and give existing clients a reason to book the next visit before they leave.
We write the offer, build the landing page, and tie it to a booking so we know whether it worked rather than whether it was liked.
- A new-client offer on one service that becomes a regular appointment, such as a colour with a consultation first
- Quiet-day offers on the weekday afternoons your demand heatmap shows as empty
- Service pairings, for example a treatment added to a colour, sold as a package
- Gift cards pushed in the run-up to Christmas and Mother's Day
- A referral reward for the friend a client brings in, run through the software's referral points
Tracking
Every booking lands in the diary with its channel attached.
Each channel gets its own booking link. A client who books from a Google Ad, a Meta campaign, an Instagram post or the website arrives in your Salon100X diary as a booking tagged with its source. The lead source report then shows bookings by channel for any period, and campaign spend sits alongside the bookings it produced.
If your bookings live in another system we track through its confirmation page and GA4 instead, and say so in the report. Either way the number we report is a booking, not a click, a lead or a message.

The first 90 days
Audit, foundations, campaigns, then a report you can act on.
It starts with a written audit of your website, Google Business Profile, current ads and booking flow, delivered within five working days of your request. From that comes a plan with the channels, the offers and the pages we will build, agreed with you before anything goes live.
Month one is foundations: profile, tracking, service pages, the booking path. Month two puts campaigns live on the agreed offers. Month three is the first full month of reporting from the diary, and the first set of changes made because of it.
- Days 1 to 5: written audit and a plan to agree
- Weeks 2 to 4: Google Business Profile, tracking, website and booking fixes, first service pages
- Weeks 5 to 8: Google Ads and Meta campaigns live, social calendar running
- Weeks 9 to 12: first monthly report from the diary, offers and spend adjusted

The software
Salon100X Software is part of every package.
Every growth package includes Salon100X Software as the add-on that ties marketing to bookings: online booking with any available stylist, a diary set up for a salon, review requests to Google, and the reports we report from. If you already run Salon100X, the campaigns plug straight into it.
If you would rather keep your current booking system, we work with that and track through it. Nobody has to change software to work with us.
